One Dialog to Save a project instead of two.

Right now, you have two dialogs to save a project (three if you count login when you want to upload).  We should do this in one dialog (see Scratch as an example, although Scratch has a separate dialog for upload and save, I think one for both is fine).

Also provide some indication in the dialog, that tags should be comma separated. (Tested with squeakland and comma separated tags work).
