If a SystemQueryPhrase is placed in a Script, e.g. in a "Test" area, and the mouse then hovers over it, an error results.  (it even resulted in a VM crash when I first encountered this bug).  The bug derives from the fact that a SystemQueryPhrase does not have the structure that the mouse-over-feedback code is expecting.

The attached fileout purports to fix this bug.
