With eToyFriendly set to false in Preferences, a variety of UML objects becomes accessible, including the Class ButtonBar and the FSM ButtonBar. Each provides objects for documenting UML packages, consisting of a rectangular area in which components and connectors can be dropped and linked, and text entered. The two objects that provide scrollbars for these areas are misconfigured so that the scrollbars are not attached to the edges of the areas they control, as shown in the attached screen captures.

In both cases, right-clicking to get the Halo, and resizing the work area, results in the scrollbars being positioned correctly.
