1. When we are going to get a locus in Dr.Geo , Etoys reports  "MessageNotUnderstood". 
2. When we are going to make a Perpendicular button with the Dr.Geo's Menu Halo,
Dr.Geo actually produces a Parallel button.
3. When we are going to make a execute-macro button with the Dr.Geo's Menu Halo, Etoys reports "MessageNotUnderstood". 

This changeset file fixes these bugs by changing and adding methods.
And it adds some Dr.Geo scripts which are necessary to execute examples in the documentation for Dr. Geo 1.1.
