BUG: MagmaRepositoryController class >> #delete:

Hi Chis,

In MagmaTester-cmm.202, the MagmaRepositoryController class >>#delete:  
function does not delete all the Magma files.

It does not delete 'commitPackages'.

Is this deliberate or an oversight since the introduction of the rigourous  
recovery functionality ?
