Magma Seaside Integration

Store and Magma fixed for Seaside 2.6b1!

In seaside they are keeping two methods of rendering components, but the
configuration manager was ported to the new canvas API. I think they
broke it in about April 2006.

I have a fix for the configuration manager, but it does not use any
liveCallbacks as in the original. This is because Avi replaced the live
callback stuff with a new API which looks like it is based upon
ajax/scriptaculous and I have not yet got my head around it.

Fix is attached.

I have also rolled the http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/2645 bug fixes
into a monticello release (attached), I cant see why this is not
available on squeaksource, but here it is if someone would like to put
it there.

Could magma rename its class categories to be compatible with the 5-pane
package browser please?
