I dont think that there is anything specifically not up to date about 
the sushi store demo, except that the standard WAMagmaSession begins a 
new magma session for each seaside session resulting in a slow first 
response. I added a WAMagmaShared session which uses one magma session 
for all seaside requests, which should be sufficient for this demo.

I am assuming that everything still works, I havent had time to look at 
it for a while.

p.s. could we change the magma list configuration so that replies are 
sent to the list rather than the sender which I think is the typical 
squeak-list behaviour.
