Magma Seaside package?

The current streams for Seaside are, 2.6b1 for the "stable" and 2.7a
"cutting edge"

2.6b1 has WADispatcherEditorPlugin as do some recent 2.7a packages. For
some reason the latest 2.7a package has not had it merged in yet.
