Problems loading Ma client-server

The self-contained "Ma client server" package on SqueakMap is a bit
old.  The best way to get the latest and greatest "Ma client server"
is to load the "Magma client" package from SqueakMap or the
"MagmaTester" project of SqueakSource.  In the case of SqueakSource,
you load the r42Gamma5 (or later) MCConfiguration.

You may leave the Magma client package installed but unused or
subsequently "unload" it if you wish.
