Magma Client r42Beta2 on Pharo 10259

Hi Tim, It sounds like possibly the Pharo image has eliminated SARInstaller?
 If so, you can probably just install SARInstaller from SqueakMap
before installing Magma.  If that doesn't work and you are set on
using the Pharo image, I suggest consulting the Pharo folks for help.
