Magma upgrater

Hi Facundo, please use the "Magma upgrader" package available on the
"Magma tester" project of squeaksource.

After loading it:

  (MagmaUpgrader source: '/path/to/old/repository') compressTo:
'/path/to/upgraded/repository'
