[Morphic] MixedCurves... the next iteration of the Curvier work.

Edgar had asked me for a curve that would combine
straight and curved segments. His application was to
create puzzle pieces.

So I resumed some work I had started on extentions
based on the new polygon curve routines. I now have a
simple Mixed curve that allows vertices to be clamped
to a zero slope.
