[Newcompiler] PrimitiveParser remove

Hi,

I have removed the PrimitiveParser and done some test.

It seems to be ok.

I still have to clean code because it contains old things about
PrimitiveParser.

I have based my package on the newer AST and NewCompiler main package
(76 and 105).
