[Newcompiler] Re: start/stop for RBPragmasNode

Hi Marcus,

I have fix start/stop but now RBPramasNode is remove.
It's replaced by RBPragmaNode so RBMethodNode contain a collection of it.

All stuff is in my repository. AST and NewCompiler, both change.

AST-ms.85 is base on AST-md.84
