[Newcompiler] New List...

... as the newcompiler is not really about Squeak, I made a new List:

The idea is to use this list as the main medium to coordiate the port and than 
later development (so expect more trafic than now)

Of course if there is anyone interested in porting it back to Squeak, we are 
happy to help.
