[Release] Installer refactor review

[Matthew Fulmer]

I refactored Installer into 14 classes. Reviewing this change
via Monticello is impossible, so here is a snapshot of
Installer-Core-kph.232 side-by-side with Installer-Core-mtf.233.
Use your favorite diff tool to compare them. I recommend vimdiff
