Yes, the easiest way is probably to load the
Seaside-Squeak-Kom-Full-lr.2 MCM and then either update manually or
"update from repositories".

Alternatively you can figure you the load order either from the MCM or
the dependency graph (attached) and load by hand.

It will not stay like this and eventually get simpler, promise.
