[Seaside-dev] WACurrentSession users

Each user of WACurrentSession used to denote a broken behavior.

WAIframeTag
- the session should not be used to return a respone, WARequestContext
is made for that
- having the outputDocumentClass in the session seems wrong, don't
know how easy it is to fix that though

WARenderingContext
- ah well, Lukas?

WASimpleErrorHandler looks ok to fix.

WACurrentSessionTest tests for backward compatibility.
