New issue report by philippe.marschall:
Lots of #handleRequest: methods are broken, they don't push themselves on
the context. Think if there is a better way to do it than copy pasting,
eg. have to #doHandleRequest: method which is called from #handleRequest:
which pushes. Or push before delegating.

Once this is fixed this should probably to into the migration
documentation.
