asInteger)' returns nil.

In GemStone, an error is thrown ... for now I'm extending
WAPlatformTest>>testAsInteger to include a test for this...

There is already an open bug dealing with 'foo' asInteger in the same test,
so perhaps both bugs will be stoned by the same fix...
