What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run WAResponseTest under SUnit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected:  3 passed tests
Got:  2 passed tests; 1 failed test (testCaching) due to its use of the
old (incorrect) cache forever date.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Seaside-Core-lr.148
Seaside-Tests-pmm.118
