Make a second exception handler. Most users DO NOT want halts popping up in  
a
deployed image. I don't care what you do with the development handlers.

Nobody but you is arguing for halts in a deployed image and you're not even  
arguing,
you're just repeating over and over.

And this discussion is still underway. You want to get into a revert war or  
what?
