Issue 227: #halt should always halt

Comment #24 by renggli:
Should I file 3 new issues for you then?

1. What about fixing the out-of the box experience of the Seaside error
handlers?

2. What about fixing the functional tests by providing accurate
descriptions for every available error handler?

3. What about fixing the most basic develop-debug loop? Proceeding from an
not resumable error leads to
dead end: "Unable to proceed - hit Refresh to retry". (3.1) this used to
refresh automatically (3.2) and it
actually worked.

As you say, your changes broke many things in various ways. The functional
tests used to work in previous
versions though, at least with the out-of-the-box setup.
