WARequest >> #accpet, #acceptCharset, #acceptEncoding, #acceptLangauge
currently return the respective header string value. We have the necessary
objects and parsing code in WAAccept, WAAcceptCharset, WAAcceptEncoding and
WAAcceptLanguage.

The problem is if we change that, then we break the protocol.
