Fix for http://code.google.com/p/seaside/issues/detail?id=156

Whenever entryPoint is nil, have WAKom and WAListener use "WADispatcher  
default"
every time a request comes in. This means if you change the default  
dispatcher you
don't need to restart them.

You can use #startOn:entryPoint: to specify an entry point
