Issue 177: figure out configuration for WACache
http://code.google.com/p/seaside/issues/detail?id=177

New issue report by jfitzell:
#sessionContinuationCacheSize doesn't do anything anymore and should be
removed. Its functionality was broken when introducing WACache.

I'm not sure how to configure the cache. I'm thinking that a Cache should
have its plugins specified at creation time and after that they can't be
changed but can be configured (maybe they each hold onto a
UserConfiguration?).

If you want to change the plugins, you create a new Cache and get a warning
that all current sessions will be lost...?

This could be done after we go to alpha since the current seaside doesn't
make this very configurable either.
