New issue report by jfitzell:
Since the change to stop executing callbacks while traversing the component
tree, ToolDecoration no longer has a chance to wrap the callback execution
in an error handler to catch the WADeprecatedApi notifications.

This can be tested with WAErrorFunctionalTest (there's a link to raise a
deprecated notification).
