I had a look at WASqueakPlatform and there are methods in there that can be
removed IMHO. They are:

  * #walkbackStringsFor:
  * #ensureAuthorInitials:
  * #request:
  * #request:initialAnswer:

Some of them are still used by WABrowser by this class is platform specific
anyway.
