Issue 193: do we really need #vmStatisticsReportString?

New issue report by philippe.marschall:
It is only used by WADispatcherEditor which is about configuring
dispatchers (or request handlers) and not about monitoring or managing the
image.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have a platform specific /seaside/status
that can take advantage of the entire platform?
