[Seaside-dev] common server adaptor infrastructure?

Hi

Before the codec stream refactoring we had some common infrastructure
in place that would allow to build server adaptors for Kom, Swazoo 2
and AJP without a lot of copy and pasting. For example we had a
#convertRequest: template method that was fairly generic. It's still
there but in the 'old' protocol and has no senders, WTF. Additionally
there now seems to be #requestFor: which is not generic at all. Not
only that all this stuff is undocumented and went in whithout
discussion also the Swazoo 2 adaptor was broken without any intention
of fixing it.

I'm slightly annoyed.
