Added tests for #signal and #signal: on instance and class side of WAError  
and WANotification.

I still haven't actually gone through and changed senders of #raiseSignal  
and #raiseSignal: though because I
kind of feel like as soon as I do it someone will complain and explain why  
it shouldn't have been done. :)
