What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In a fresh Squeak Image, load Seaside-Platform-jf.38.mcz
2. Attempt to load Seaside-Squeak-Platform-jf.43.mcz
3. Get walkback

By contrast, this problem does not occur with the following packages:
* Seaside-Platform-jf.37.mcz
* Seaside-Squeak-Platform-lr.42.mcz
