No, I didn't intend to remove that method. My first thought is that the  
same method is loaded by a later package
and so the method was silently moved to another package and when I did the  
commit it was moved out. I'm a
little surprised, however, since I do check differences before my checkins.

I've just reloaded the following into a clean Squeak image:
* Seaside-Platform-jf.44.mcz
* Seaside-Squeak-Platform-jgf.47.mcz
BlockContext>>#'argumentCount' exists and is in the  
category '*seaside-squeak-platform'.

When viewing the package in SqueakSource I can see the method (see attached  
file).

I'll need a bit more help in understanding what you are seeing. I do  
appreciate your checking and I'll be happy to
do what's needed to fix it. Just let me know!
