The ancestor Seaside-Tools-Core-jgf.6 is missing (as the comment says). Could you check if it's in your package-cache? If a commit of Monticello fails due to credentials or network errors you can retry if you go up in the stack to the #basicStoreVersion: method, fix the credentials and restart from there.
