What about using a URL that points at the license, with any open source
license canonically pointing to the page at opensource.org, such as
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/lgpl-2.1.php or
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php ? That way, it'll scale
when new FLOSS licenses are used, or an oddball license can be accomodated.
