[Seaside] [DVS] loading new versions doesn't remove old methods

Sorry, I needed to restart the image. This was a side effect of the=20
category being deleted improperly.

Anyway, could we get those fixes into DVS and/or PackageInfo (and get=20
them updated on SM) so that I can publish a new version of=20
SARBuilder, SARInstaller, and StarBrowser without bothering with=20
having to also include patches to DVS and SARInstaller in the=20
generated .SAR?
