[Seaside] Installing seaside ??

Hi

I am having the same troubles.  I get this on the config and the minesweeper
example.  I am using Squeak3.1 beta and Kom4.9.  What are the version
requirements for running Seaside.

The architecture looks GREAT!  I can't wait to use it.
