My configuration:

Pentium III 900MHz
256MB RAM
Squeak-3.2
Mozilla 1.2b

But as I tried to replicate it, I noticed that the machine has to be 
under high load (or I have to be very fast) :-), so this should be a 
non-issue (when I connect from the the network, the latency is even 
greater - so I'm not able to replicate it with two computers).
