[Seaside] Developer section on Swiki

Hey all,

I've added a "Developer" section to the swiki, linked to from 
http://swiki.squeakfoundation.org/sea/2.  The highlight is a "Projects" 
section with a list of possible project and a Template Project.

It's not ready to be populated.  I'm looking for comments and for people 
to make changes / corrections /additions to the list of projects and the 
template project.  Please send your comments and make corrections by the 
end of the weekend, so we can start creating the project pages.
