[Seaside] [ANN] ComancheNG 1.0.1

I don't have the time right now, but it should be fairly straightforward 
to add a WAKom class>>startNGOn: (or similar method) in the Seaside 
release.  That will make SeasideService unnecessary and enable Seaside 
to work with ComancheNG (>=1.0.1) out of the box.
