[Seaside] Headless seaside

Hi,

attached you find a small applications, hacked together within a few 
hours (so not very clean code) to manage our images. Most tools a just 
reused from Seaside, but there are a few more to

	- load and save monticello packages (no repository support)
	- run the sunit-tests of your packages
	- execute any code in your image
