[Seaside] Seaside 2.2

Hi Avi,
In particular, I would like to know more about changes to state handing
and how it affects applications.

Oh, and another question:
I need access to the sectionKey to create my entry point. (Or perhaps
my entry point needs access to the sectionKey to decide what component
to render in its main container. The latter would require creating a
Component at render time. That's doable, isn't it (ie, not the same as
lazy init)?)

In the former case, where would I do that? unknown request no longer
gets called at start time and WASession>>start doesn't have access to
the request. Perhaps I just need to override handleRequest and call
WASession>>section: aRequest sectionKey.

(btw, I suggest renaming section to something that sounds less like
session)

Thanks,
Derek
