[Seaside] redirect doesn't return -djb

Hi Julian,

I know Seaside works in a fresh image.  I don't know how I got to this 
state.  Is there an easy way that DVS would let me see any changes I've 
made?  (What does "changes" button do?)

My browser is IE 5.1 (mac).  I don't think it's the browser because I 
checked it for misleading cookies and it was working before.
