[Seaside] Seaside 0.94 and 2.x coexist?

Before you file-in Seaside 0.94, you should rename the class "Continuation"
in the change-set to "IAContinuation", otherwise Seaside 2 will break.

Having this class renamed, both web-services will run smoothly at the same
time in the same image :-)
