I guess you are currently using Seaside 2. SWebMail is written for 
Seaside 0.94 (also available at <http://beta4.com/seaside/info.html>).
If you want to use both versions in the same image there was a posting
about it some days ago:

 > Before you file-in Seaside 0.94, you should rename the class 
"Continuation"
 > in the change-set to "IAContinuation", otherwise Seaside 2 will break.

otherwise simply use another image without Seaside2.
