[Seaside] Component Composition (ie, where did WAContainer go for 2.3)?

How do you do composition of components in 2.3?

In 2.2.1, the WAMultiCounter app nicely demonstrated composition.  It 
used the WAContainer class to do it.

Now, in 2.3, both WAContainer is gone, and the WAMultiCounter is gone. 
 It's not immediately obvious how to do component compositions.
