Yes, it is uncommon.  It's that I wanted one more level of hierarchy than
the PackagePaneBrowser provides, and my compromise was to have multiple
package-level categories.  If I used Seaside-Base-Document, for example,
instead of Seaside/Base-Document, then the PackagePaneBrowser would split
on the first "-", and everything from Base-Core to Examples-Wiki would be
in the same list.  With the slashes, it splits where I want it to.

Maybe I should just learn to live with having lots of categories in one
column.
