[Seaside] stupid newbie questions: config to get started

You should not load ComancheNG...in fact, ComancheNG should no longer be 
on SqueakMap...I deleted it...don't know if that's a bug with SqueakMap 
or not.

Either load Comanche (the last stable release of the 5.x version) or 
load KomHttpServer.  If you load KomHttpServer, it will give you the 
option of also loading Seaside (version 2.21).  At some point, I'll 
remove the Comanche package from SqueakMap, leaving only KomHttpServer 
(5.x will still be available, you'll just need to get it from the 
comanche home page).
