[Seaside] stupid newbie questions: config to get started

Thanks guys. That worked just fine. The lovely thing I've noticed about the 
Squeak community (and Stephen and Avi are standout examples) is that 
everyone is super-helpful. Us newbies should try to follow suit, so I'm 
sorry if my first email sounded a little whiny :-)

I shall try to get a list of documentation strangenesses together and maybe 
start a little page somewhere to guide new folk.

Yay, Counter works! Well... decrement doesn't, but I call that a learning 
opportunity :-)
