[Seaside] Getting Seaside/Comanche to listen on a singleIPaddress?

Over and above the VM support, what about changes to Socket to support
this? Does Socket already support binding to a specific IP address?
Can you do this on both inbound (listening) sockets and outbound
sockets? Sorry...don't have an image handy to invesigate right now.
